Yep, I totally meant to write this post a week ago when the trailer came out. But it didn’t happen somehow. So now…. If you haven’t seen the trailer for the new Star Wars film yet, you’re probably not reading this post anyway, because you don’t have electricity or friends. But just in case… Ok,…
115 Cardinals walk into the Vatican. The bartender (you know they have one) say, ‘Hey, we don’t serve Cardinals here.’ And the Cardinals say ‘Why? Are you a Mets fan?’ So the Cardinals are all holed up in the Sistine Chapel ready to vote on a new Pope. They’ve been debating for days and conclave…
As both a Disney fan and a Star Wars fan, I’m excited to see how this new partnership works out. I wasn’t surprised really. I’d heard that Lucas was looking to move onto new things and he’s a longtime Disney fan. And of course the two companies have worked on attractions together in the past. …
I want to do a video for my latest single “Geeks Don’t Care” that features pictures of the geek couples I revere in the song. I’m thinking something like the picture to the left. I don’t know those people, but they look fun. In return for use of the picture I’ll be offering back links…
I was doing a show at Mission City in Santa Clara last year. Before the show, the talent booker, Matt, told me his friend Maria was coming to the show to hang out with him. While I was onstage performing my song “Geeks Don’t Care”, I saw a bit of smooching happening behind the sound…

When “Star Wars – The Complete Saga” comes out on Sept 12th, I’m going to have a hard time not plunking down my money for it. You see, I had a VHS bootleg before any of the movies were out. Then I bought the VHS’s. Then I bought the DVDs. Then I bought the remastered…
One of my favorite Xmas things when I was a kid was setting up the Nativity scene on our fireplace mantle. I told my girlfriend that I kind of miss doing that part. She said “I thought you didn’t buy into those stories.” True ’nuff. As I mentioned last year in this blog, Xmas is…
Today’s my birthday so I’d like to pay tribute to the artists that have made me think the way I do by turning you on to them. That and I’m kind of slacking off by not writing a real post. 🙂 First off, The Wildhearts… One of the greatest, most underrated rock bands of all…
