My super pro vocal booth…

Have you ever considered the plight of the poor microphone? That poor little device that has to deal people screaming at it constantly and beer (and lord knows what else) breath?  It’s a tough job for the little guy.

So as I was tracking the vocals for my next single, I thought it might be fun to see what the microphone sees.  Because you can’t really understand a mic until you’ve walked a mile in its pop filter.

I’m singing into a Blue Baby Bottle…. and an HTC Droid Incredible 2 phone camera.

Check out the video and commiserate with that poor little microphone… And yeah, there’s no sound on purpose. 🙂
