It occurred to me last night that you can kind of track a performer’s career by the quality of their dressing room. Of course, there’s no such thing as a super nice dressing room that I’ve yet to see. No matter how prestigious the venue, the dressing room is usually fairly run down and utilitarian.
And for me… I usually end up donning the red shirt in a bathroom stall. Either because I’m sharing the green room with a bunch of other comics, or because there just isn’t one.
I thought it’d be fun to start sharing pictures of the green rooms, dressing rooms, and toilet stalls of the country’s performance venues. And hopefully we’ll start to see the quality of them go up as time goes on. 🙂
So without further ado, I present Don Quixote’s Music Hall in Felton, CA on Thursday September 5th, 2013.
